Exterior Store and House Washing in Valatie, NY

Great local antique shop in Valatie, NY reached out to us recently for exterior cleaning. The owner was living in the building as well and transformed the upstairs into an awesome living space. The parking was very tight for us to get our truck and trailer parked in a convenient location. So finally we got our trailer parked in a neighboring driveway that was an airbnb not being currently occupied. Then during our walk around we suggested that we clean his back Patio as an additional service and that we could offer savings if added on today. We always try to find an additional service that we can offer our customers while we are there at a great discount. It's a great way for the customer to save money and saves us a call back for a service that can be completed that day. So after we agreed on services I went to work and started with the pre treatment on his concrete as I wanted to give that the most time to work. After we had the concrete working we got to work and treated the rest of the exterior of the building with our biodegradable house wash mix. The growth on the north wall required multiple treatments to get the results we were looking for. After that we put our high pressure surface cleaner on the concrete patio and proceeded to do a final rinse after that. Concrete and the siding both came out great and this customer was more than pleased. We look forward to taking care of this Main St property and give the owners the backyard that they enjoy spending time in.
