I love when a job works out like this one. I got a call from a customer on a Thursday night. After talking to the customer about which services he is looking for I receive his address. It just so happens that I was working across the street from his house the next day. I was expecting to hear that he heard of us from a referral from his neighbor. Turns out to be not the case. So I told him I was going to get him a fast remote estimate and that if it works for him I can be there tommorow. The customer loved the idea and after accepting our proposal and receiving his pre wash checklist he was preparing for his service. All went great the day of the service. After cleaning his neighbors house hours later in the am I was at his door. Prepping his property. First thing was to get a pre treatment on his concrete patio. Letting that dwell I also treated the back wall which was heavily covered in algae. After the proper dwell time for our solutions to work the house was washed off with low pressure and the process produced eye Popping Results. After the house was cleaned the patio was given the much needed surface cleaning service. Cleaning off all the algae and mildew off the concrete papers. After which a post treatment was applied to the patio to brighten the final results. The customer was very pleased and they have big plans for Gatherings and entertaining in their backyard. So glad when jobs come to me like this and go this smoothly. It feels like it was meant to happen and we look forward to more services at this address in the future.
